Like every year, the “4th Get Set Go Meet” (GSG Meet) of CIPL was held in Jaipur from 27th December to 29th December 2019. The Meet was kick started with a Blood Donation Camp, where 41 units of blood was collected; in collaboration with the Sehat Saathi Foundation and Shrimati Pushpa Devi Memorial Blood Bank. Along with the blood donation camp CIPL also organized a Health Check-Up Camp which was done by the staff of the acclaimed Shalby Hospital. The CIPL Family participated with full fervour in both the events.
Day 2 of the GSG Meet was dedicated to knowledge and learning. Training sessions were lined up on the second day of the Meet to further enhance the skill set of CIPLions. Ms Sugandha Verma was the guest speaker who spoke about Soft Skills and Quotient of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) which basically helps improve communication, management, problem-solving and relations within the work place. Mr Chetan Dadhich talked about the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software which shall be launched in January 2020 which is an integrated system to manage business and back-office operations. The day ended with the session held by Mr Nitin Sarswat on wholesome and happy growth.
The last and final day of the GSG Meet had a sequence of events lined up for the CIPLions. The day started with a cricket match at Soulfeel Cricket Academy. Later in the evening the CIPL family gathered for a jamboree at Hotel County Inn, Jaipur. The show was kick started with the lighting of the Diya by the directors and the HoDs. The GSG Meet was honoured to host Mr & Mrs Vishwas Jain, Managing Director, CEG, Jaipur as the Chief Guests who unveiled the new profile of CIPL. The main attraction of the evening was the award ceremony. Mr Deepak Pakharia and Mr Shambhu Kumar was awarded the ‘Star Employee of the Year-2019’ for Head Office, Jaipur and On-Site Operations respectively. This year CIPL went GREEN. To honour the IGBC Platinum Holder Award, we planted a Tree for Elephants under the name of each awardee in Singhbhum, Jharkhand, The GSG Meet culminated with the Rajesh Khanna Night – wherein everyone danced to the tunes of the DJ.
At CIPL we truly believe in what Oprah Winfrey once said, “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate”. The Get Set Go Meet was a huge success and every member of the CIPL Family took back memories they will relish for life!
