Annual Business Consolidation & Partners Meet- “CIPL’s first ever ABC Meet kicked off on 9th April’2016 by our Director Mrs Sujata Gangwar and Mrs Gayatri Gupta Lightening Jyoti with Ganesh vandana chanted by the entire CIPL team.

Morning session consisted of learning and development. Starting with Asit Gupta who revisited the Leadership Through Quality synopsis and rolling out Annual Performance Appraisal (APA) scheme for the employees. Mr Sanjeev Bishnoi took a Learning tour of – what is Project Management and how it is important in our organization, followed by Mr Sanjeev Kanda to make us understand Time Management.

Mr Sunil Gangwar rolled out the Mission and Vision of CIPL and also enlightening us with the CIPL’s performance and way forward for 2016-2017 followed by financial result sharing by Mr Chetan Dadhich and Technical results by Mr. Mahipal Singh.

Post Lunch session was charged up by our Guest Speaker Mr. Nitin Saraswat who took Stress management being the need of every Business houses.

Evening Session saw our valued clientele and partners gracing the event by joining us in our joy for the ABC meet. With enthusiastic speeches by our Directors and the partners, the environment reached its best. Cultural event followed by Dinner closed the curtain on the First ABC meet while raising the bar for the employees with focus on the new direction for way ahead given by our Esteemed Directors.?
